| Trilogy Classic news News - 04/10/07 Well, where do I start? It's nice to be planning to get back on the road again. I've had many friends and fans asking me "when will Trilogy be rockin' again"? My answer, soon my friends, very soon. I have been in touch with some of my past band mates to see if they would like to join forces again to bring the entertainment industry to it's knees! I've been in touch with Carl Olson, a very talented guitarist, who worked with me on a few assorted projects. Carl can play his guitar "just like ringin' a bell"! I've also talked with former guitarist Pat Callies (Pat's bio page). Pat was a member of Trilogy during the 90s, and he is very intrigued with the idea of strapping the Gibson, or Pedulla back on for some obnoxious, facemelting rock and roll. We have had some other "things" going on also. I've been at Balling Hound Studios recording some demos (soon to be released) and we are making plans to put the finishing touches on the recordings. Pat has volunteered to finish up the recordings with me, so it should turn out to be very intersting. We will let you know as soon as we have some samples for you. We will put the MP3s here for you to get a tatse of the recordings. Mark has been drumming with his "scottish" bag and drum corps. It sure is fun to listen to the best rock drummer I know, playing old Scottish tunes! He is an amazing drummer. For anyone who hasn't seen Mark play before, you are really missing out! He is a multi-talented musician, playing bass along with a few other instruments, check out Mark's bio page to learn more about Mark. News - 04/18/07 Trilogy Classic proudly welcomes to the Trilogy cast of crazies Mike Gerlach, from Oak Grove MN. Mike is a bass player that sings lead and backing vocals. This dude can really walk some bass lines, and since we can only handle one Mikey in the band, Mike Gerlach has been nicknamed ''Gearbox''. He is aways in overdrive! We will have his photos and bio coming very soon. News - 03/24/08 Spring has sprung, I've killed and eaten my first robin for the year!! Just kidding! It's great to be on the road again, It's another year of running with the bulls, MARK, MIKE, & GEAR BOX , all being Taurus. and its always great when old band mates step up to help out. We are looking forward to another hot summer with DAN STUART, BILL HOTTENGER, PAT CALLIES, AND ED ST.GEORGE. SKULL CRUSHING ROCK AND ROLL BABY!! News - 08/01/08 Great news! We are very pleased to announce that Jeff (Jeffafa) Rosemark will be joining Trilogy. Jeff is a great guitatist and singer. His first show with us will be at Jack's Prom Party (private) and his first public gig will be at the Cave Bar in Hersey, so don't miss this one (Jeff's bio page)! We have been debating changing the Trilogy name now that we will become a 4 peice band. Let us know if you have any snazzy ideas for a new name, we will welcome your input, and give you credit for the new name! Here is your chance to have your name up in lights, right next to ours! News - 10/01/08 Trilogy wants to send out a special thanks to Jack for hosting another great, fun filled Prom Party. Pat was a little sad that he didn't get to take another picture with Steve Oanes, but it was great having Tim Coyne running sound and sitting in on keyboards, wow, what sound. As always, thanks Tim and Steve for always making us sound great and working your asses off for the cause. Without you sound engineers, we're just up there making noise! You guys put the ROCK in Trilogy! News - 01/01/09 New Year's Eve was a true blast! Thanks to all of our friends and family that came out to support us, and thanks to Afton Alps for having us perform and treating us so kindly. I can't wait for the next show. We also got a real special treat with Liesha Gust from Shamless Desire singing one with us (oh yeah, she's also the Mrs. Minnesota International 2008). That's beauty and talent, thanks Leisha, we owe you one! We are going back in our rehersal studio to work on some new tunes (possibly more originals) just for you. Did anyone recognise "G Spot"? That's one of Mike's kickin' original tunes that we played on NYE. Mike has many more great tunes he has written that we plan to be working on. Mike's my new hero, he was suffering from bronchitis, but performed with his usual vigor. That would be the sign of a true profesonal, sick as a dog, but only his family and band mates knew how REALLY sick the poor guy was. Mike, you so rock, and I'm glad to be a part of Trilogy again! Hope to see you all at the next gig, Pat News - 03/08/09 Wow, what a blast at the Jumpin' Jack's bar in Weber MN. You folks sure know how to party! We had a great time and a lot of friends show up on such a short (1 day) notice! I have some exciting news for Trilogy and the Trilogy fans, I just got off the phone with Ken Worden, music coordinator for the Chuck's Ride for Wishes benefit in South Saint Paul. He was kind enough to ask Trilogy to perform at this years festival! Please mark your calendars. This will be the 3rd year that Jeff and I will have been involved with the street dance, and it just keeps getting better. This year's festival will be held at the SSP VFW (see schedule), and I will update the info as we button up the details. We are also in the process of putting together a new promo pack for future bookings (we will show you when we have it completed), so stay in touch with us, and I hope to see you all real soon, Pat News - 06/04/09 Thanks to all who attended the Ride -for-Wishes benefit. What a great cause, the KIDS! Trilogy would like to send a very special and heartfelt thanks to Ken Worden for inviting us to perform there, and also for asking us back for next years event. Each year I have attended has just gotten better and better, and no thunderstorms this year! As usual, there were so many great bands there. It was very exciting to share the stage with and meet some of them, especially the Deep Freeze Band. They are a very talented band, and very nice people, we wish them the best of roads they may travel. If you have time, check them out! Talk to you soon, Pat Please check back for more news soon, and make sure to sign up for our e-mail list so we can let you know about updates to our web site, and updates on live gigs where you can join us to party the night away. Thanks for reading, you so rock! |
